Standard Delivery
All in stock items will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
Express Delivery
All in stock items can be despatched on a Next Day delivery service. Your order must be be placed before 12 noon for delivery to a UK destination (excluding Highlands). The delivery will be made on the next working day
A signature is required for Liberty House Toys deliveries. If you are not at home a card will be left by the carrier for collection at your local office or you can call them to arrange an alternative delivery date.
Returns and Refund Policy: We want you to be delighted with the quality of goods from Liberty House Toys. However, if for any reason you wish to return any items from your order, we will happily exchange it, or refund your money subject to the conditions below.
1. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition.
3. In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or have been damaged in transit, please email customerservices@libertyhousetoys.co.uk for advice on return or replacement.
4. We are not able to accept returns of self-assembled items.
5. We are only able to refund the cost of postage where goods are supplied in a faulty or damaged condition.
6. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. |
